Assessment Meetings
Not sure which assessment you need? The free initial consultation is the best place to start. This meeting gives us time to connect, understand your concerns, and determine which type of assessment—if any—is the right fit. We’ll clarify your goals, outline what the process involves, and help you feel confident about next steps.
Already know what assessment you need? Please book the intake session listed under that specific assessment category (e.g., psychoeducational, autism, ADHD). Intake sessions are the first formal step in the assessment process and are tailored to the assessment you’ve chosen.
The feedback meeting takes place once the assessment is fully completed and is used to review results, discuss clinical findings, and plan next steps.

Psychoeducational Assessment
A comprehensive psychoeducational assessment for children, adolescents, and adults costs $2,820.00 (flat fee). The process begins with a 1 to 1.5‑hour online intake appointment to review background information, plan the assessment, and obtain consent. Assessment sessions typically include two in‑person testing appointments of approximately two hours each, involving cognitive testing, academic achievement measures, clinical rating scales, and tools assessing memory, visual‑motor integration, attention, executive functioning, and adaptive skills. Once testing is complete, families receive a detailed written report by email and attend an online feedback meeting to review results and recommendations.
