FEES FOR DIFFERENT ASSESSMENT SERVICES
FEE SCHEDULE
Fees are billed according to the current fee schedule set forth by the Psychologists' Association of Alberta. During the initial consult and intake, fees will be discussed to ensure clients are aware of the total cost of the assessment. We offer a flat rate for all assessments to maintain transparency in all financial matters. If an assessment is not as lengthy as anticipated, a lower rate may be offered. The following fee schedule reflects our typical services and is not intended to showcase an exhaustive list. Any time used to complete documentation, letters, or reports related to your file will be billed in 15-minute intervals at the hourly rate. An invoice will be provided for reimbursement.

Effective March 1st, 2025, the fee is $230.00 per hour. We require 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations. A 30-minute fee ($115.00) will be charged for no-shows or late cancellation appointments.​ The fees are as follows:
